We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner, in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Information we collect
We collect and process the following categories of information:
Information you provide to us
- Contact and enquiry data — when you complete our contact form, request a consultation, or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Engagement data — where you become a client, we process information necessary to deliver our services, such as your business details, project requirements, and billing information.
Information we collect automatically

3. TikTok Developer application and social media integrations
DataRazi operates a TikTok Developer application and may use the APIs of other social media platforms (such as X/Twitter and YouTube) to publish and manage our own content on accounts that we own and control.
- When we connect to TikTok, we authenticate via TikTok's OAuth flow and store the access and refresh tokens required to publish content on our behalf. These tokens are held securely and are used solely to operate our own accounts.
- We access only the data necessary to publish and manage our own posts, such as our account identifier, basic profile information, and the status and metadata of content we upload.
- We do not collect, store, sell, or process the personal data of other TikTok users through this application, and we do not use the application to access content belonging to third parties.
- Our use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy. Any data obtained from these platforms is used only for the limited purpose of operating our accounts and is not transferred to third parties except as described in this policy.
If you interact with our content on these platforms, your data is also governed by the privacy policy of the platform in question.
4. How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- deliver, manage, and improve our consulting services and our relationship with you;
- operate, secure, and improve the Website and our applications;
- publish and manage our own content on social media platforms we control;
- comply with our legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations; and
- send you service-related communications and, where you have consented, occasional updates about our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Legal bases for processing
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — where you have given clear consent, for example to receive marketing communications or to set non-essential cookies.
- Contract — where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and grow our business, respond to enquiries, and maintain our Website, provided your rights do not override those interests.
- Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers and sub-processors who support our operations — for example hosting, email, analytics, and payment providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data;
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers where necessary;
- Authorities or regulators where required by law; and
- A successor entity in the event of a business sale, merger, or reorganisation.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is typically deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of our relationship and for up to six years afterwards to satisfy legal and tax requirements.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, or transfers to countries with a UK adequacy decision.
9. Your rights
Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- request the portability of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ray@datarazi.cloud. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
10. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage of credentials and access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
11. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the Website and its content platform to operate;
- Analytics cookies that help us measure and improve how the Website performs.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Website functions.
